Angela’s Story

Angela didn’t start in the wedding business. She built a career mastering how successful businesses operate, grow, and scale.
Angela began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she built a reputation for consistently delivering results in highly competitive sales environments. She progressed from pharmaceutical sales into sales training, where she coached and developed sales professionals, before advancing into sales management and leadership roles.
Throughout those years, Angela learned far more than how to sell. She developed expertise in building high-performing teams, coaching and developing people, creating accountability, leading organizational change, managing financial performance, and implementing systems that drive consistent results. While the industry was pharmaceuticals, the principles were universal: exceptional customer experiences, disciplined execution, and strong systems are what separate good businesses from great ones.
But corporate success wasn’t the end goal.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Angela invested in and operated a Goddard School franchise, one of the nation’s premier early childhood education organizations. For more than two decades, she built and led a thriving business responsible for the education and care of hundreds of children while managing large teams, complex operations, sales, marketing, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.
Operating a successful Goddard School required far more than a passion for education. It demanded disciplined leadership, financial oversight, operational systems, hiring, training, marketing, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day.
Those lessons became the foundation for everything that followed. When Angela entered the wedding industry, she wasn’t learning how to run a business. She was applying decades of proven business experience to an entirely new industry.
In 2019, with no prior experience in weddings or events, Angela launched her first wedding venue. Before construction was even complete, she had booked more than 50 weddings.
She repeated that success with her second venue, opening with more than 100 weddings already on the calendar before welcoming her first couple through the doors.
Today, Angela is the owner of White Willow Meadows and Stone Valley Meadows, two of Ohio’s premier luxury wedding venues. Together, the venues host hundreds of weddings and events while earning national recognition, including being featured on Netflix’s Love Is Blind. She also serves as a WeddingWire Pro Educator and is recognized throughout the industry for combining operational excellence with exceptional client experiences.
What makes Angela different isn’t simply that she owns successful venues.
It’s that she understands every stage of building one. She has negotiated land purchases, navigated zoning and permitting, managed construction projects, designed venue layouts, built vendor partnerships, developed operating systems, created sales processes, hired and trained teams, built marketing strategies, and refined every detail required to operate profitable, scalable wedding businesses.
She has experienced every phase firsthand:
-Starting with nothing more than an idea.
-Making expensive mistakes.
-Learning what actually works.
-Building systems that create predictable success.
Nothing she teaches comes from theory. Every lesson was tested in real businesses, with real clients, real employees, real financial risk, and real results.
That’s why this Masterclass exists.
Angela created this program to give aspiring venue owners the blueprint she wished had existed when she started. Instead of spending years figuring it out through trial and error, you’ll learn the exact systems, strategies, and decisions that helped build multiple successful venues from the ground up.
Her goal isn’t simply to help you build a beautiful venue. It’s to help you build a profitable business, avoid costly mistakes, and create a legacy that lasts for generations.
